Brainwave Generator is an application and website that provides:

• Binaural beats audio therapy with 5 brainwave frequency types (Delta, Theta, Alpha, Beta, Gamma)
• 5 ambient background sounds (Fire, Forest, Ocean, Rain, Space)
• Progressive wake-up alarm with 6-phase frequency ramping
• Real-time audio visualization
• Customizable session timers and settings

3. Medical Disclaimer

The App is designed for wellness, relaxation, and meditation purposes only. It should not be used as a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Always seek the advice of your physician or other qualified health provider with any questions you may have regarding a medical condition.

3.1 Health Warnings

Do NOT use this app if you:

• Have epilepsy or are prone to seizures
• Have a history of mental health disorders without consulting your doctor first
• Are operating machinery, driving, or engaged in any activity requiring alertness
• Are pregnant (consult your doctor first)
• Have a pacemaker or other implanted medical device

Discontinue use immediately if you experience:

• Dizziness or disorientation
• Headaches or nausea
• Any unusual physical or mental symptoms

4. User License

4.1 Grant of License

Subject to these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes.

You may NOT:

• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App
• Remove or alter any copyright, trademark, or proprietary notices
• Use the App for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the App's systems or networks
• Resell, rent, lease, or sublicense the App

5. Free and Premium Features

5.1 Free Version

The free version of the App includes:

• All 5 brainwave types with limited session duration
• Basic ambient sounds
• Advertisements (AdMob)

5.2 Premium Version (In-App Purchase)

Premium features include:

• Unlimited session duration
• Ad-free experience
• All ambient sounds unlocked
• Advanced alarm customization

5.3 Pricing and Payment

Premium features are available through one-time in-app purchases. All purchases are processed through the Apple App Store or Google Play Store and are subject to their respective terms and conditions.

5.4 Refunds

All purchases are final. Refund requests should be directed to:

6. Intellectual Property Rights

• Interfere with or disrupt the App's functionality

We do not guarantee that the App will produce specific results. Individual experiences may vary. The effectiveness of binaural beats is a subject of ongoing research and may not be scientifically proven for all claimed benefits.

We do not warrant that:

• The App will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free
• The results from using the App will be accurate or reliable
• The App will be compatible with all devices or operating systems

11. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, ANTAGRIOIN SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES RESULTING FROM:

• Your use or inability to use the App
• Any unauthorized access to or use of our servers
• Any bugs, viruses, or other harmful code
• Any content or conduct of any third party
• Health issues or medical complications arising from App use

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Antagrioin and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses, including reasonable attorney's fees, arising out of or in any way connected with your use of the App or violation of these Terms.

13. Modifications to the App

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Turkey, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Any disputes arising from these Terms or use of the App shall be resolved in the competent courts of Turkey.

18. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.

19. Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and EULA, constitute the entire agreement between you and Antagrioin regarding the App and supersede all prior agreements and understandings.
