Brainwave Generator is built and maintained by Antagrioin, a one-person studio run by Fatih Bilgiç. Email reaches him directly — there is no ticket queue and no automated first reply.
We aim to respond within a few business days. Writing in English or Turkish is fine.
Problems with the iOS or Android app, or with the free web generator — audio that will not start, a preset that behaves unexpectedly, playback stopping in the background, or anything that simply does not work the way the page says it should. Telling us your device and operating system version helps us reproduce the problem faster.
Billing for the app is handled entirely by Apple and Google, not by us — we never see your card details. Refunds must be requested through the App Store or Google Play, but if you are stuck, write to us and we will point you to the right place.
Requests to access, correct, export or delete data, and any question about how this site handles analytics and advertising cookies. Our full Privacy Policy explains what is and is not collected. If you are in the EU, UK or Switzerland and want to change the consent choice you made in the cookie banner, you can do that at the bottom of the Privacy Policy page without emailing us.
This site cites published research, and we would rather be corrected than be wrong. If you find a study we have misread, a claim that overstates the evidence, or a citation that does not support what we wrote, tell us which page and which sentence. We review these seriously and update the page when the correction holds.
